Delegates from across the public sector met in Leeds on 21 November to review energy spend across the region, consider the Electricity Market Reforms (EMR) and share good practice on procurement, billing management, energy efficiency and renewables.
The session was delivered in partnership with YORprocure - part of the Yorkshire & Humber Regional Strategic Group. Delegates valued the opportunities to network and learn from others and heard about the findings from the recent regional Energy Baseline Report and the future challenges emerging from the Electricity Market Reform. A range of good practices were also presented from the sector including strategic leadership, billing and energy management systems and procurement of energy efficiency measures - such as the RE:FIT framework.
Presentations and the final Event Report are available to download.
