This event was aimed at interested parties and community groups who are involved in Neighbourhood Planning in Leeds. It took place on the 8th May 2013 at the Leeds City Museum.
The session was a joint event, hosted by Leeds City Council and was delivered by Leeds City Council, Arup and Fortismere Associates through the Climate Change Skills Fund.
Attendees heard from a range of guest speakers to understand the basic science of climate change, some of the impacts, plus a range of the responses to helping secure a more sustainable and low carbon future.
Facilitated workshops enabled residents' groups to explore responses for their local areas with expert advice on hand from the local authority and partners.
