Following LGYH's commitment to reduce costs and pass savings onto our Local Authorities through reduced subscriptions, LGYH is moving to smaller offices. This is one of a number of initiatives they are currently undertaking that reflects the desire from Members for LGYH to significantly reduce its costs.
From 1st April 2011 Local Government Yorkshire and Humber will be located in one office across the road from our current office in smaller and more cost effective premises. From this date they will be contactable using the following details:
LGYH
2nd Floor
19 King Street
Wakefield
WF1 2SQ
Tel: 01924 200262
Current mobile numbers and email addresses will stay the same.
LGYH has also agreed to work more flexibly in the future and many staff will be working around the region for parts of the week. As a result in the first instance please use individual mobile numbers when you need to speak to someone in particular, and call the office number above for more general queries.
