RSPB are looking for an experienced manager to lead delivery of our conservation programme in the North East, Yorkshire & the Humber.
Challenges and opportunities in this area are immense; coastal management on the Humber & Tees, marine protected areas, species recovery for black grouse, site protection for a suite of internationally important sites & species, advisory work for farmland birds in lowland areas and significant opportunities for wetland habitat restoration.
You will lead a team in addressing these issues directly as well as promoting our objectives to statutory and voluntary conservation organisations. You will understand and promote an integrated and partnership approach to conservation delivery. You will have previous experience of managing a team.
