Zoo Education Strategist - University of York/Flamingo Land. The role is a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to be based at the CIRCLE institute, a new collaborative initiative between the University of York (a world top 100 university) and the UK’s most visited zoo, Flamingo Land (Malton, North Yorkshire). The aim of CIRCLE is to carry out ground-breaking research that will contribute to the conservation of wild animals and places and to disseminate the information in a manner that is accessible, interesting and fun. Lecturer in Sustainable Design - University of Sheffield School of Architecture. This is an exciting opportunity for a research lead academic to contribute the School’s investment in the area of sustainable design. You will drive the advancement of sustainable design through your research activities and through creative and innovative teaching. You will play a key role in developing the teaching of Sustainable Design in the School. You will contribute substantially to teaching on both the undergraduate and postgraduate modules and will assist the integration of sustainable design into studio design teaching. You will continue to develop you personal research profile along with working collaboratively within the Sustainable Architecture and Structures Research Group.
