Disadvantaged people and communities can be disproportionately affected by climate change. This landmark event will examine the links between climate change and poverty, help to identify the interdependancies and explore ways to understand and improve our responses through climate change adaptation policy and practice.

We anticipate this will be a cross-sector event that will attract decision makers such as elected members and public or voluntary sector service managers, professionals involved in a wide range of disciplines such as; climate change and sustainability, planning, economic development, public health and emergency services.
