New website helps Yorkshire businesses to cut costs and CO2 emissions

 A new website has been launched this week that will help businesses to cut their costs and their carbon emissions. The Greener Business Website brings together information for businesses about making changes that will help them make significant savings by being more environmentally aware. Each of the region’s 22 local authorities have their own version of the website that can be accessed through their main websites, giving businesses information specific to their area.

The site gives businesses information in one place about how to reduce waste, use less water and cut energy bills. It also helps businesses to spot opportunities, see what other companies have achieved and where they can go to get one to one advice. Visit the site to get up to date information about funding and support available in the region.

There is a lot of information out there, and the Greener Business Website brings all this together to help businesses to take advantage not only of the cost savings, but of the added advantages of being environmentally aware.
